About This File
This mod intent is to be a companion mod to XSoldier, but I've chosen to make a separate mod because of management reasons and because not everyone may want to have these loading screens.
Based on my early impressions (only played about an hour and a half so far), I could easily recommend it to fans of the genre. It's pretty crazy to have XCOM 2 on a handheld and have it be a solid way to play the game. This isn't like EW on the Vita, where the compromises are too drastic to deal with. The XCOM® 2 Collection includes the award-winning strategy game XCOM 2, four DLC packs (Resistance Warrior Pack, Anarchy’s Children, Alien Hunters, Shen’s Last Gift) and the War of the Chosen expansion all in one package. Activate any of the additional content (DLCs and the Expansion) or just play the base game. XCOM® 2: War of the Chosen.
INSTALLATION
To install the mod just extract it to your game installation mod folder:

REQUIREMENTS
No requirements, however there is an issue with it running on War of the Chosen. Apparently the expansion is unable to read the Content/Movies folder on mods, so for this mod to work on WotC, you must move the movies (.bik) over to one of the Movies folder:

By default, I have 'cleared' the vanilla loading screens, but you can easily re-enable them. https://ameblo.jp/anvoberrei1987/entry-12632457499.html. In the config folder you will find XComEngine.ini, you can open it with any simple text editor (Notepad on Windows or Text Edit on Mac, don't use stuff like Word!). You will see lines that start with either a MINUS or a PLUS sign. MINUS means that the engine will look for that existing value, and remove it from the data. PLUS does the opposite. If you still want to see the vanilla loading screens just put a ; before each line that has a MINUS sign, like this:
